Your personal space is always free. Pro comes as a workspace, one per project, for you alone or with the people you invite; creating one is the upgrade, with you as its first paid member, and you can create as many as you have projects. In a workspace, every person who can publish (the owner, admins and members) is a paid member at €19 a month. Inviting one adds them to the bill that day, prorated; removing them takes them off. People who only need to look are viewers: they open whatever is shared with them, cannot change anything, and are free, however many you invite.

The seats pay for the people who publish. The platform fee pays for what an organisation or a municipality needs to adopt SnapHost formally. It is a fixed monthly fee, plus Pro seats for the people who publish. Contact us and we will set it up by hand.
