Your brand kit
A brand kit holds your colours, fonts, logo, language and voice. Your AI reads it before it builds anything in the workspace, so every report, deck and dashboard looks like yours without you briefing it each time. Brand kits are part of Pro.
Set it up in one conversation
Ask your AI to run /snaphost:brand and hand it your brand guideline, or just your website. It reads your colours, fonts and logo, shows you the kit as a table, and saves it when you say yes. Without the plugin, say: “Set up our SnapHost brand kit from our website.”
You can also fill it in, or fix a colour, on the workspace’s Brand tab. Only owners and admins can change it.
What is in a kit
- Colours by role: primary, secondary, accent, text, captions, lines and backgrounds.
- A heading font and a body font, from your system or Google Fonts.
- Your logo and a small mark, hosted by SnapHost.
- The language and number format your pages use.
- A few sentences on how you write, and the words you never use.
What it changes
Pages carry the kit’s colours and fonts themselves, so they look the same printed or saved as a PDF. When a page is published, SnapHost checks it against the kit and tells your AI about any colour, font or phrase that strays, so it fixes them before you see the page. The sign-in screen of your private pages wears your logo and colour too.
