Connect SnapHost to your AI

Ask your AI for the page, download it, and drag it into SnapHost; you get the same link and the same control over who can open it. Connecting is for when you want the AI to do the sending and the updating too, in the same conversation you made the page in.

Connecting lets your AI do to your SnapHost pages what you could do in the dashboard: publish a page, update it, choose who can open it, set a password or an end date, list what you have, and so on. The technical page lists every tool. It cannot see anything else of yours. You approve the connection once in your browser, and it lasts until you revoke it from your SnapHost dashboard.

The connection is yours, not a workspace’s. One connection reaches your personal space and every workspace you are a member of, whichever workspace was open when you connected; your AI picks the workspace to work in per request. A workspace it cannot see is one you are not a member of.

The address your AI needs is https://app.snaphost.ai/api/mcp. Every step below is where to paste it.

1. Open claude.ai/customize/connectors in a browser. That is Settings, then Connectors.
2. Click the + next to the Connectors heading and choose Add custom connector (not Browse).
3. Name it SnapHost, paste the address, leave everything else as Claude fills it in, and click Add.
4. Click Connect next to SnapHost and approve the page that opens.
5. Start a new chat and ask: list my SnapHost workspaces. If Claude names them (your personal space at least), you are connected, and it can work in any of them.

No + on that page? On a Claude Team or Enterprise account the owner adds it once under Organization settings, and everyone else enables it; on a free personal account only one custom connector fits at a time, so remove the other first. The technical page has the message to send an owner.

1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and look for a way to add a custom connector. It is there on the plans that allow custom connectors; if it is not on yours, drag your file in instead, it takes the same minute.
2. Name it SnapHost, paste the address, and approve the page that opens.
3. Start a new chat and ask: list my SnapHost workspaces.

One command, then approve the browser page that opens the first time it is used:
