Reports, presentations & dashboards

SnapHost teaches your AI how a great report, deck or dashboard is built, checks the result when it is published, and gives each one what it needs to be read, presented or left on a screen.

Ask for what you want

Give your AI the source (a PDF, a spreadsheet, figures, last year’s report) and run /snaphost:report, /snaphost:presentation or /snaphost:dashboard. Without the plugin, just ask for one. Your AI asks at most a few questions, such as who reads it and whether it must download as a PDF, then builds it in your brand kit.

Reviewed before you see it

SnapHost’s design guide covers spacing, type, numbers, tables, charts, navigation, phones and accessibility. Your AI scores the page against it on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, fixes what fails, and only then publishes. Publishing checks it again and reports anything left to fix. You get the link and one question: does anything look off?

PDFs that keep the look

A report or deck built to print gets a Print button in the viewer and its own print layout: your colours, chapters on new pages, nothing cut in half, the table headers on every page. Print from a desktop browser for the best PDF.

Dashboards that stay current

Your AI rebuilds a dashboard on a schedule and open screens refresh on their own when the new version lands, with no button to press. A public dashboard can also read live numbers written to the page during the day. Every dashboard says when its numbers were last updated. A private dashboard on an office screen needs one sign-in, which lasts as long as the screen keeps refreshing, up to 90 days.
